At the beginning of the year, Tom was getting 32% Tricky spelling words correct and now he has been re-tested and he spelt the 127 words correctly. That's worth 100% but doesn't count for the official results because it was a re-test.Next year, when Tom is re-tested he is hoping to get 100% again.
Tom thought that his spelling sucked at the beginning of the year, now he has improved and he is as good as most of the rest of the class. Now he feels a lot more confident about spelling.
